Why Jazzy Beats Driving to a Concert
Venue Drop-Off & Pickup
Pickup and drop-off details depend on the venue and reservation. Confirm the timing and staging plan when booking.
Major Venue Coordination
Saenger Theatre, Joy Theater, Orpheum, Smoothie King Center, Champions Square, Civic Theatre, and more. Pickup and drop-off locations vary by venue; confirm the staging plan for your reservation.
Pre-Show & After-Party Rides
Start the night with dinner, the show, and any requested after-party stop. Share the itinerary so vehicle, timing, pickup points, and waiting or return terms can be confirmed.
Group Concert Transportation
Going with a crew? Our Sprinter vans seat up to 14 and keep the whole group together. No splitting up into separate rideshares or coordinating five different pickup spots.
How Concert Night Works with Jazzy
Book Your Ride
Tell us the venue, show date, and group size. Add dinner or after-party stops if you want the full night covered.
Chauffeur Picks You Up
Your pickup time is confirmed for the hotel, home, or dinner spot on your reservation. Allow extra travel time for event traffic.
Door-to-Door Drop-Off
We use the venue's confirmed pickup or drop-off point, which may change with event restrictions. Your chauffeur shares the staging details for the reservation.
Post-Show Pickup
After the show, use the confirmed pickup point and timing in your reservation. Traffic and rideshare availability can vary on event nights.
Venues We Coordinate By Reservation
From intimate theaters to arenas, access and staging vary by venue and event. Confirm the route and pickup plan for your show.
Saenger Theatre
One of the most beautiful theaters in the South, right on Canal Street. We drop you at the Rampart Street entrance and pick up on the Canal side after the show.
Smoothie King Center
Home of the Pelicans and host to the biggest touring acts. Post-event traffic around the arena is brutal. Our chauffeurs plan exits around current closures and event traffic.
Joy Theater
A mid-size venue on Canal Street with great sightlines. Drop-off and pickup locations depend on current event access and are confirmed for the reservation.
Orpheum Theater
Beautifully restored and home to the Louisiana Philharmonic plus touring artists. Located on University Place, we handle the tight downtown drop-off with ease.
