Common Questions
What is the minimum for an hourly charter?
It depends on the vehicle: three hours on sedans, SUVs and the Executive Sprinter, four hours on the stretch limo, Limo Sprinter, executive buses and party buses, and five hours on the motorcoach.
Is gratuity included in hourly rates?
No. Unlike our all-in airport transfers, hourly charters are quoted per hour with gratuity and the fuel surcharge added on top. Tolls and parking are billed where they apply.
Should I book hourly or as a transfer?
If you are going from one place to another, book a transfer — it is a flat rate and usually cheaper. If you have several stops, a wait in between, or an open-ended evening, hourly is the right structure and you keep the vehicle and chauffeur throughout.
Do you charge for the drive time to reach us?
Within the New Orleans metro, no. Trips beyond the city limits, including the North Shore, are charters with a three-hour minimum plus travel time, quoted before you book.
