Choosing the Right Vehicle
The mistake groups make is booking on seat count alone. A vehicle that seats fourteen rarely holds fourteen checked bags plus carry-ons, and that gets discovered at the curb with a boarding window closing.
Rough guide: one to two passengers with normal luggage fit a sedan. Three to six want an SUV. Seven to fourteen need a Sprinter, and beyond that an Executive Bus.
